    If you are a Business Development Sales Executive with experience in concrete accessory, rebar or construction product sales, we have a great career opportunity for you with an option to work from anywhere in the United States.
     
    Neuvokas, based in Ahmeek, Michigan, is seeking a self-starting, well-connected individual to grow our game-changing GatorBar composite rebar product line by building strong relationships in the concrete and building industry. Applicants can work from anywhere, however, will need the ability to visit our headquarters as needed.

Candidates for this position have an established network of contacts and proven experience generating leads, building lasting relationships, and producing sales growth. While this person will work independently, they are supported by our CEO and the entire Neuvokas team to assure that revenue targets, goals and client expectations are met. The position also offers:
    ·       a combination of base salary plus commission. Depending on experience, earning potential for this position is expected to be $60,000 - $80,000 during the first 1-2 years. As sales continue to grow, a successful business developer has unlimited earning potential which could exceed $100,000 per year.

    WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED AS OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SALES EXECUTIVE.
    Strong candidates for this position:
    ·       are adept networkers within the building construction and concrete environment; connections within the civil engineering community a plus;
    ·       can expertly complete end-to-end sales cycles – from cold calling to scheduling and facilitating meetings and demonstrations to closing the sale;
    ·       love problem solving and have strong critical thinking skills;
    ·       possess a creative approach to penetrating new accounts;
    ·       provide quality leadership in nurturing and maintaining relationships;
    ·       are able to travel (50%-75%) throughout the United States; International travel a plus.
